2026 in Focus
AI and Quantum Computing technologies continue moving along, and so shall I.
It’s been a fun year, we’ve been on quite the journey together, from dives into the technologies from a serious perspective, to discussing myths about talking heads. As I scroll through my old posts, I feel like my style started truly coming through around the start of the year. The thing with style is that it always changes.
I’ve been thinking, and it’s been going on for a while. A few weeks before I wrote this, I started piloting a new style of posts officially targeted to executives. I feel like it’s something I’ll continue in the new year. I initially started it as an experiment for my own interest but then I saw that there seemed to be a positive reaction and also this LinkedIn post came my way.
The overall take away I got from it is that people are struggling to communicate outside their niche, thinking about my posts on the three levels of quantum work, I think that makes sense. Executive overviews are a unique, almost fourth type, of communication. They focus less on the how or what, and more on the why. There also seems to be a unique language for them, leading to a difficulty in communicating in that manner.
I’m doing this series as an attempt to improve my communication and confidence in this style, and hopefully yours too.
Historical shifts are rarely seen clearly while they are happening. We’re looking for patterns in how leadership is evolving from PQC compliance to strategic advantage. Does your organization have a ‘Quantum North Star’? Let us know in this 5-question survey so we can share the collective data with the community. Take the 2-Minute Survey
I’ve got a lot of other stuff planned too, it’s just not ready enough to share, I’m really looking forward to the next year and hope you have a great one!
One of them is a book, It’s free on gumroad, or $0.99 on Amazon, check it out!
